Graphite Equipment Division
Since its inception in 1983, this division has developed into a leading manufacturer of graphite heat and mass transfer equipment and systems.
The division was originally established in Nasik, India, as Graphite Vicarb India Ltd in collaboration with Vicarb SA, France. Following the conclusion of the collaboration, the division was integrated into the Group and subsequently became part of Graphite India Limited.
The Company maintains a global presence with representatives across multiple regions.

Graphite Heat & Mass Transfer Equipment
Equipment includes Impervious Graphite heat exchangers (shell and tube & poly block type) which are used as absorbers, coolers, heaters, heat interchangers, re-boilers, evaporators, and condensers.
Complete Process Solutions and Turnkey Systems
Turnkey systems include HCl synthesis unit (with or without steam generation), dry HCl gas generation unit, Absorber/Absorption System.
Accessories & Components
Accessories like bursting discs, thermowells, pipes and pipe fittings (valves, tees, bends, etc). These equipment handle corrosive fluids in chemical process industries.

The important fact is that the major raw materials like Graphite and Phenolic Resin are manufactured in-house under strict quality control right from the raw material stage.
The raw material is tested for physical properties as per EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2. Our Quality Management System is in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
