Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC)
Calcined Petroleum Coke is a high-carbon material with a fixed carbon content of approximately 99%. It is produced by calcining raw petroleum coke at high temperatures and is widely used as a raw material in various industrial applications.

Manufacturing Process
Petroleum Coke, produced through the delayed coking process of residues obtained from crude oil distillation units in oil refineries, is referred to as Green or Raw Petroleum Coke (RPC).
RPC received from oil refineries in various particle sizes
Crushed and processed to achieve desired particle size
Fed into rotary kiln at 1200°C to 1400°C to produce CPC
Applications
Aluminum Industry
Essential in manufacturing anodes and cathodes used in the electrolytic process of aluminum smelting.
Steel & Foundry
Acts as a "carbon raiser," increasing carbon content in steel to achieve desired material properties.
Graphite Electrode Production
Key raw material for producing graphite electrodes crucial for electric arc furnaces.
Ground Electrode Stations
Used as conductive backfill material to enhance grounding performance of electrical systems.
Titanium Dioxide (TiO₂)
Plays a vital role in the production of titanium dioxide, expanding its industrial versatility.
