Installed a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system at the Durgapur plant, cutting fresh-water use from 475 KL/day to 303 KL/day. This major upgrade ensures responsible water circulation and reduced dependence on city supply.

Lower Carbon Output
Completed a full Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of graphite electrodes achieving over 68% reduction in greenhouse-gas emissions. Sets a new benchmark for environmentally conscious manufacturing.

Achieved 30% reduction in total waste generation through improved processes while recycling over 2,900+ tonnes of material. Promotes circularity and minimises environmental footprint across all operations.
